Quality Control & Brand Protection
- Trainers must be qualified, professional, and demonstrate proven expertise in their respective fields
- Certificates issued only by HQ (no local printing)
- Online exams for fairness & standardization
- Students give feedback directly via portal
- Students can take exams only at the authorized center premises. Mobile phones and tablets are restricted for online exams.
- Each exam can begin only after the student enters a unique OTP provided at the center, ensuring fairness, authenticity, and genuineness of the assessment.
- Brand misuse or low-quality delivery = suspension of franchise partnership
- Centers must use: “Authorized Training Partner of DSTA Institute” (not “DSTA Branch”)
