DSTA Educator Program – Earn Money by Sharing Your Knowledge
What is the DSTA Educator Program?
At DSTA Institute, we know that every teacher and trainer has some special knowledge.
Some people are very good at programming. Others are good at design, digital marketing, networking, or office tools.
But here is the problem: Not every training center has staff who know all the subjects. Because of this, some centers cannot offer many courses to students, and they lose opportunities.
To solve this problem, we started the DSTA Educator Program. This program allows franchise heads and staff to create video courses in the subjects they know best. These courses are then uploaded to DSTA Learn – the official LMS portal of DSTAcademix Pvt. Ltd.
Other staff from different centers can subscribe to these courses, learn from them, and later teach the same subjects in their own centers. This way, the person who created the course earns extra income, and the staff who learned the subject can increase admissions by teaching more courses in their center.
How It Works (Step by Step)
Step 1: Create Your Course
Record video lessons on the subject you know very well. Divide the subject into modules (lesson-wise or topic-wise). Prepare Power Point short notes and a quiz at the end of every module so that learning is easy and complete.
Example:
A staff member who knows Python Programming creates a course with:
- 10 simple video lessons
- Power Point Short notes for each lesson
- Quizzes to check learning after each module
Step 2: Submit Your Course for Review
Once the course is ready, you submit it to DSTA Institute. Our academic team checks the videos, notes, and quizzes to make sure everything is correct and of good quality. After approval, the course is uploaded to DSTA Learn (our official LMS portal).
Step 3: Other Staff Learn from Your Course
Suppose another staff member in another center does not know Python. They can log in to DSTA Learn, subscribe to your Python course, and start learning step by step with your videos, notes, and quizzes. After completing the course, they now know Python well enough to teach it in their own center.
Step 4: Centers Grow Together
The staff who learned Python can now start offering Python training to students in their center. This means more students join their center and more income comes to that franchise. At the same time, the original creator of the course earns money for every subscription.
